The Bentonite Hills in Utah are a magical place. We drove off road to get there, drove past the Mars Research Station and spent a lot of time walking up and down these soft mounds of “earth”. It felt like another planet. The sun going down and emphasizing all those little hills with the shadows it cast just made it feel even more foreign.
